Do we need to submit a portfolio of our work to sign up?Nope, since this is a volunteer event we won’t be restricting anyone from participating based on their skill levelIs there a word count/ level of detail required for completing each prompt?The minimum requirement for writers is to write at least a 100 words for your prompts, while for artists the minimum requirement is for you to submit a sketch for your prompt (this can also be chibi styled).Can we work on more than one prompt?Yes if you have the time and energy to contribute more to the event you can. However we ask that you must complete your current prompt before another prompt is assigned to you.How will we be contacted about participating?I will be emailing everyone who signed up to volunteer so please check your inbox during this time.Something came up and I’m not able to complete my prompt, what do I do?If that happens, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reassign your prompt to another volunteerCan I change the prompt I get?Yes however please keep in mind that it might take some time to find another prompt for you to fill. So to prevent too many requests to change prompts we ask that when you fill out the Volunteer Form to be clear on what you are comfortable creating.If I sign up do I have to post the work under my personal account?No, you can send your work privately to the donator, or you can ask us to post your work anonymouslyIs there a deadline for when we should complete our prompts?Yes, the predicted deadline for all the prompts to be completed will be sometime in August.
We will be checking in on our volunteers every two weeks to see how they are progressing. However, if a volunteer ignores these check-in emails two times in a row and doesn't communicate with us, we will have to reassign their prompt to another volunteer.I don't have an AO3 Account and I don't think I'll receive my invitation in time-what do I do?You can post your piece online, we just ask that once you get your Ao3 account set up that you cross-post your prompts there too. Along with adding it to the AO3 Collection.

As a donator, what kind of prompt can I submit?It would be best if your prompt is simple and not overly detailed. If your prompt is fandom specific, we ask that you give a one sentence description of the characters involved to help our volunteers who might not be familiar with the series. This also applies for any prompts involving the donators OCs.Can we submit multiple prompts?
Yes you can, however the way the donation form is set up you can only submit 10 prompts at one time (So $50 for 10 SFW prompts and $80 for 10 NSFW prompts).Can we submit the same prompt multiple times?
Yes, so long as you donate enough for it. For example, if you donate $15 and want 3 SFW prompts asking our Volunteers to draw your G/t Ocs you can do that!What type of NSFW prompts are allowed?
Remember that while you can send in NSFW prompts, this is ONLY for donors that are over the age of 18.And so long as your prompt does NOT contain any Dead Dove material, it is allowed. If the prompt you submitted falls under these categories, then we will email you asking you to change your prompt.Can I still donate if I'm also participating as a creator in this event?
If you would like to donate while also volunteering as a creator, you can. We just ask that you note that you're a creator in the Donation form so that we don't accidentally assign your prompts to you
